Every month, Vermont 211 refers to a wide range of government and statewide nonprofit agencies for greatly needed services. A few are top referrals: they include the Vermont Department for Children and Families - Economic Services Division; Vermont Department of Health; Help Me Grow Vermont; Vermont Center for Independent Living; Department of Vermont Health Acess and; during tax season, Vermont Department of Taxes and AARP. At the same time, several local and regional agencies offer a range of services that we include in our referrals. Here are the top three in each county.
