Help Me Grow Resource Center

As a parent, it is not always easy to know where to go or who to ask when you have a question about your child. Help Me Grow Vermont is a one-stop-shop for all of your child development questions and more!

Our trained Child Development Specialists are available every weekday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. by phone, text and by email. When you call, our staff will assess your needs and do their best to connect you with the most appropriate resources in your community.

Thanks to our partnership with Vermont 211, Help Me Grow Vermont has access to a database of more than three thousand resources to help support you and your family. We also offer care coordination for families, including listening support, problem-solving, help with system navigation, and more.

If you or a loved one have concerns about your child’s development, Help Me Grow Vermont has the tools to support you. Our Child Development Specialists can answer your questions and help you determine next steps, such as completing a developmental screening or making a referral for further evaluation.

Contact us by phone at 211 ext. 6, email us at info@helpmegrowvt.org, or text HMGVT to 898211.
