In response to the ongoing federal government shutdown and the resulting delay in federal 3SquaresVT (SNAP) benefits, the State of Vermont has approved a temporary, state-funded benefit to cover the first 15 days of November for all eligible 3SquaresVT households. These benefits are expected to be issued on or around November 7, 2025. October and prior balances on EBT cards remain available for use at authorized retailers.
